Delicate coriander, sweet fennel and earthy cumin are just some of the spices that come together in this aromatic blend. We think the piquant flavours balanced with mellow coconut milk make this fragrant curry the perfect match for fish. Our personal favourite is salmon but it’s just as delicious made with any firm fish.
